The Episode starts with Anirudh suffers a chest pain and he feels uncomfortable , he was unable to walk then he noticed Arshi coming near to him. Anirudh was feeling uneasy.
Anirudh was controlling his pain because if no one comes to know about this, then Arshi will come to know that Anirudh is hiding something so that Arshi does not know about his health. Meanwhile, Jhanak is focusing on her work, where Aditya motivates Jhanak to work. Jhanak recalls her past, and she says to herself that whatever happened in the past should be forgotten; there is no use in remembering it. After saying all this, Jhanak starts crying and gets emotional.
In the upcoming episode, Anirudh, Arshi, and Srishti are about to leave for abroad, and in the middle of the way, Anirudh’s condition worsens, due to which the car had to be stopped midway. Anirudh’s condition was getting worse, and he was having difficulty breathing. In such a situation, Arshi angrily says to Anirudh that you should stop your drama.I know you are stopping me from going abroad, and you have to stay with Jhanak. Arshi’s mother Srishti also supports him and is against Anirudh.
Anirudh is having a lot of pain in his chest and faints. Seeing his condition, Choton says that Anirudh should be taken to the hospital as soon as possible and he should be checked up before going to the airport. Then Arshi gets angry seeing Anirudh because she is going to miss her flight. Jhanak comes to know about Anirudh’s heart attack, then Jhanak quickly leaves her work and goes to Anirudh. Anirudh is admitted to the hospital. Jhanak comes to the hospital to save Aniruddha and says to Anirudh to open his eyes. I cannot see you in such a condition. Will Anirudh get well soon or not?
